Who Are We?

We are Nicola McIlhagger and Angela Hunter, the co-founders of the Cinch FAST 30 program.

We have developed a fabulous plan which introduces the concept of Intermittent Fasting combined with a delicious, whole food approach to eating which is designed to help with weight-loss, helping to give an overall boost to health & wellbeing.

At Cinch Fast 30 we understand that being part of a community can make all the difference to you achieving your goals – we actively encourage meet-ups, weekly Zooms for motivation and participation in the online support groups.

We are not health professionals or nutritionalists (nor do we claim to be!) our mantra is simple – change the timing of your meals and count the goodness in food, not the calories! 

Since we launched on the 1st May 2021, we have helped support over 550 people to lose weight.

Now, we want to help YOU.

It’s all in your hands – you choose a daily ‘eating window’ which fits with your lifestyle. 

We provide you with the information on Intermittent Fasting and recipe ideas to help you make better food choices with group support.

We provide you with sample recipes to make healthy versions of the food you love – like Fakeaways, pasta dishes, burgers, etc, without counting a single calorie.

We share ideas to get more active in a way that suits your lifestyle, with lots of encouragement along the way. 

This is an exciting program which has the power to help you change your relationship with food, with amazing results. 

HOWEVER….

Whilst Intermittent Fasting is regarded widely as one of the most effective ways for managing weight – we recognise that it is NOT for everyone, and you must seek medical advice if you have any pre-existing medical conditions. Similarly, if you have any previous history of an eating disorder of any kind, this is NOT suitable for you. Intermittent Fasting is also NOT suitable for anyone under the age of 18, over the age 70, or if you are trying to conceive, pregnant or, breast feeding.

If you have ANY concerns whether this program is right for you, you should in the first instance consult your medical professional. 

Hi I’m Angela Hunter, a mum of two who turned 40 last year. The same year that Coronavirus arrived and we got locked down….!

An extra stone of weight was gained (to add to the one I have already carried for a decade) and I knew if I didn’t shift it now, then I may never… I came across Intermittent Fasting after a friend lost 2 stone 10 pounds and still managed to enjoy all the foods she loved.

I was intrigued to find out more..fast-forward 14 months and I am 26lbs down and feeling like a whole new person.

Now, we want to share how we did it and help you do the same…

I am Nicola McIlhagger, 45, and mum to Nina.

Eating well has always been very important to me.

I have endometriosis and an under-active thyroid and am heading down the slippery path towards menopause.

Intermittent Fasting has allowed me to shed over 9lbs and I feel that it has drastically helped in the reduction of my endometriosis symptoms. I also have more energy and am sleeping better.

Coming from our own first-hand
experience into weight loss using IF,
we will be your accountability
partner with access to a group of
people who have and are still
undergoing the process and living a
happy IF lifestyle. We will help you
break old habits and form new
healthy ones. We will also help you
understand how your body breaks
down fat and how to maximise this
process.
